Set Ups 

Instruments under tension move whether we ask them to or not. Some more than others, but eventually, they all refuse to stay put. A professional set up is the best way to adjust for this annoyance and keep your instrument playing and sounding its absolute best.  

Includes all neck, bridge and nut adjustments to your playing preference, tuning and string tension. Restring. Light fretwork and polish, Deep fingerboard and body cleaning. Tighten, clean and verify all hardware and electronics. Comes with smile and free adjustments to your liking. 

Electronics 

These darn modern electric twangers got all kinds of electro doohickies these days. 

Ollie understands techno babble and and can wire up your electric guitar or bass with practically ANY upgrades and repairs you can think of. Everything from swapping pickups to coil taps, coil splits, phase switch, series/parallel switch, kill switch, active systems, sustain systems. Bass preamps with 2 batteries, 3 circuit boards and 18 switches. Yup. No problem. 

Fret work 

Do you like it when all the notes on your guitar work the same? Me too! 

Bad or worn frets can make some spots on the finger board sound bad, buzzy, choked, silent, or even the wrong note entirely. Sometimes it's just one stubborn fret. Sometimes it's all of them. Depending on how uneven your frets are there are a variety of solutions ranging from a simple set up all the way to a full re-fret with new frets of your choice.  Many times the existing fret can be saved even after years of heavy playwear.
